Free Shipping on All US Orders
Norvyn offers free standard shipping on every order shipped to a valid US address. No minimum order value is required. You will see this reflected at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to two business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time (United States)
Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within two to seven business days, depending on your location and the carrier's delivery network. Most orders arrive within five business days. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays during peak seasons or due to weather or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
All US orders include tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with the carrier. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@norvyn.com.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers selected based on your delivery address and package dimensions. We reserve the right to choose the carrier that best ensures timely delivery to your location.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We accept shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take additional time beyond the standard two to seven business day estimate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Norvyn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@norvyn.com. We will do our best to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been picked up by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and verify your address. Then contact us at support@norvyn.com within seven days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, in most cases, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Norvyn is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported missing or stolen. We recommend filing a claim with your local carrier or postal service in such cases.
International Shipping
At this time, Norvyn ships primarily to the United States. We do offer international shipping to select countries on a limited basis. International orders may be subject to shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping charge. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing and are not guaranteed.
