1. Who we are and what this covers

These Terms of Service govern your use of getnorvyn.com and everything you buy from us. Norvyn is the trading name of the company that operates this store. Our registered business address is in Kington, Wales, United Kingdom. Orders are packed and dispatched from inside the United States. You can reach us at help@getnorvyn.com and we answer within 1 to 2 business days.

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the details you give us are accurate.

3. Our products

We sell copper jewellery and copper compression wear, currently a solid copper cuff bracelet and copper compression ankle sleeves.

Please read this part carefully. Our products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Wearer reviews on our product pages describe what individual customers experienced and are not a promise of any result for you. Results differ from person to person and many people notice nothing at all, which is why we offer 60 days to decide. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, wear an implanted device such as a pacemaker, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, speak to a doctor before buying.

Copper is a raw metal. Uncoated copper develops a patina, can darken, and can leave a harmless green mark on skin. This is normal and is not a fault. A small number of people are sensitive to copper. If your skin reacts, stop wearing the item and contact us.

4. Prices, offers and payment

All prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes. We can change prices, offers and product availability at any time before you place an order.

Multi-unit offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free are applied automatically at checkout when the cart qualifies. The price you see on the product page for a given quantity is the price you are charged. If you ever see a mismatch between the two, email us and we will honour the lower one.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. We may cancel and refund an order if we spot an obvious pricing error, if we cannot verify the payment, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we tell you why and refund in full.

5. Orders, shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping times, rates and the free shipping threshold are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, the 60 day window and the 2 year warranty are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

7. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, a photo, a comment or a suggestion, you give us permission to use, display and adapt it in our marketing without payment to you, and you confirm it is your own work and truthful. We can remove anything we consider unlawful, abusive, misleading or off topic. We are not obliged to keep anything you send us confidential.

8. Using the site properly

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape it at scale, to introduce malicious code, or to impersonate anyone. Do not resell our products as new without our written agreement.

9. Our content

The Norvyn name, our logo, our product photography, our page copy and our site design belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Product pages may quote customer reviews, which remain the words of the people who wrote them.

10. The site itself

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of every typo. Product photographs are representative. Because copper is a natural material with a hand finish, the exact colour and grain of the item you receive will vary slightly from the photographs.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, lost earnings or distress.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

12. Indemnity

If you break these terms and that causes a third party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

14. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the time you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
