2. About Norvyn

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Norvyn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, any products purchased, or any breach of these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
